About the Classes & Offerings

What kind of yoga is offered here?

We offer gentle, accessible yoga focused on mindful movement, breath awareness, and rest. Classes are designed to be supportive and adaptable for a wide range of bodies and experience levels.

Do I need prior yoga experience?

No experience is required. All classes are beginner-friendly, and you’re always welcome to move at your own pace, modify poses, or rest.

Are classes appropriate if I’m returning to yoga after time away?

Yes. Many students join after long breaks from yoga. Classes emphasize ease, options, and listening to your body.

Are these classes physically intense?

No. The focus is on gentle movement rather than intensity or performance. There is no expectation to push, strain, or achieve advanced poses.

Is yoga therapy or mental health treatment offered?

No. Yoga classes and workshops offered through this website are educational and wellness-based. They are not therapy, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment and do not replace professional care.

How do online classes work?

Online classes are hosted live through a video platform such as Zoom. After registering, you’ll receive details on how to join.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

No. You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off—whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Are online classes recorded?

Some classes may be recorded for registered participants. Recordings are shared privately and are not made public. You may keep your camera off if you prefer not to appear in recordings.

What if I miss a live class?

Live attendance is encouraged, but recordings may be available for a limited time when offered. Availability varies by class or series.

What do I need to practice at home?

A yoga mat or comfortable surface is recommended. Optional props include a blanket, pillow, cushion, or yoga block. Substitutions are always welcome.

In-Person Classes & Workshops

Where are in-person classes held?

In-person classes may be offered occasionally in community spaces or outdoor locations. Location details are shared during registration.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you prefer. Weather-appropriate clothing is recommended for outdoor sessions.
