Winter often asks us to slow down—but busy lives don’t always allow for it. This 8-week evening yoga series offers a steady, gentle space to unwind at the end of the day through mindful movement, breath, and rest.
Classes are accessible for beginners and welcoming for all bodies. No prior yoga experience is required.
