Root & Rise: A New Season at the Studio


As the seasons begin to shift and the heaviness of winter gives way to longer days and fresh energy, we’re welcoming something new at the studio—both on the mat and within our community.

This spring, we’re inviting you into a 7-week yoga series designed to help you gently transition into a season of growth, strength, and renewal.


Introducing: Root & Rise

Root & Rise is more than just a yoga series—it’s a journey. Over the course of seven weeks, we’ll move together from grounding and stability into expansion and expression, mirroring the natural rhythm of spring.

Each class is intentionally designed to build on the last, offering you the opportunity to create a consistent practice, reconnect with your body, and feel the steady progression of growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, this series offers space to meet yourself exactly where you are.



Welcoming Dani Gohier

We’re especially excited to share a meaningful addition to this series—Dani Gohier of Dani Gohier Yoga will be joining us as our lead teacher.

Dani brings a thoughtful, grounded, and accessible teaching style that aligns beautifully with the heart of this series. Her approach to yoga emphasizes connection, intentional movement, and creating a space where students feel both supported and empowered.

Throughout Root & Rise, Dani will guide each class, offering clear instruction and a steady presence to help you feel confident in your practice.

A Collaborative Experience

While Dani leads each session, Sarah will be present every week—hosting, modeling, and offering additional support throughout class.

This dual-teacher format creates a unique and welcoming environment:

  • You’ll hear clear, guided instruction

  • You’ll see poses demonstrated in real time

  • You’ll have space to learn, explore, and adjust at your own pace

It’s a setup designed with intention—to make yoga feel more approachable, especially if you’re new or returning after time away.

Spring naturally invites us to start again.

After months of slowing down, we begin to feel the pull toward movement, lightness, and new energy. Root & Rise honors that transition—starting with grounding practices and gradually building toward strength, flow, and full expression.

This isn’t about pushing or rushing. It’s about allowing growth to happen, one breath at a time.
